There are three FORMAC offices in Poland located in Warsaw, Cracow and Toruń. Our activities are conducted throughout Europe, but also on other continents, especially South America. Formac specializes in educational, promotional and information services addressed to representatives of trade unions, employers' and employees' organizations, civil society organizations, foundations, associations.

Federacja Związków Zawodowych Metalowców i Hutników brings together 180 Company Trade Union Organizations operating in the manufacturing, automotive, metallurgy and aviation industries. It has more than 110 years of tradition in representing workers towards employers. The trade unionists conduct a broad social dialogue practically every day. As a Federation, for over 10 years they have been carrying out social and EU projects, which allow increasing the knowledge and skills of their members. In addition, this project will be an excellent opportunity to increase skills for its participants.

International partner
Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Lisbona, Portugal
Universidade Nova de Lisboa includes the CICS.NOVA Interdisciplinary Research Centre of Social Sciences, at the University. CICS.NOVA Institute will be involved in the project on behalf of the Portuguese partner. The Institute runs the Observatory for Technology Assessment, which integrates research and education activities in the field of digitisation and development of Industry 4.0, joint research with universities in Germany, Spain, Lithuania and Bulgaria on Industry 4.0. The Institut has experience in preparing expert opinions for the metal sector. It cooperates with the Technological Centre for the Metal Industry, including experience in training employees in adapting to changes resulting from the development of the 4.0 Industry.
